As a Naturopathic Doctor,

My goal is to put the pieces of your unique health history together to get to the root cause of your concerns rather than just treating your symptoms. My approach to health involves looking at all aspects of your life (environment, stress, diet and lifestyle) to come up with a well-rounded approach to wellness. I believe in slow and steady incremental changes on your path to long-lasting wellness.

My job is to ensure you feel educated and empowered after each of our visits and my goal is for you to feel supported at each step of the way.

What to expect:

Your initial appointment will be 75-90 minutes ($285) It will consist of a full intake of your main concerns, health history, family history and a review of symptoms. We will go over any functional testing that might be appropriate to your case and then we will put together a manageable individualized treatment plan that outlines changes to diet and lifestyle, and any supplements that would be beneficial for your specific case.

Please bring any relevant lab work or testing done within the last two years.

Our first follow-up appointment is scheduled for 45 minutes ($150) 3-7 weeks after our initial appointment, depending on concerns or any testing done. At this appointment, we will review any results and develop our long-term comprehensive treatment plan

Secondary follow-up appointments will range from 30-45 minutes and are scheduled as needed depending on your main concern and how often we check in on progress.

We do not direct bill. Naturopathic Services are often covered by third-party insurance.

Microneedling Collagen Induction Therapy

What is Microneedling:

Microneedling is a treatment that triggers your body to naturally produce collagen and elastin which allows rejuvenation of your skin.

It is performed by our licensed, professional Naturopathic Doctors and Skin Specialists.

Our ND's and Skin Specialists use the eDermaStamp®, a medical-grade device that is approved by Health Canada.  It is comprised of surgical grade micro-needles that deliver 150 strokes per second to your skin.

The device glides over your skin creating controlled, non-traumatic penetration which triggers the natural production of collagen and elastin.

This “controlled damage” allows the wound to heal slowly and correctly, rather than in “emergency mode”, allowing for rejuvenation of your skin.

FAQs

What should i expect at my initial appointment?

A Naturopathic appointment is much different than a regular medical appointment.

Your first visit will involve discussing all aspects of your physical and emotional health as well as family and work history. In order to discover the root cause of your health concerns, it is necessary to gather as much information as possible.  So, we dedicate 90 minutes for your initial appointment to gather all the information needed to properly assess your current health.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

It is recommended that you bring in a copy of previous blood work from the last couple years as this helps to speed the process and give additional information about your health status. Please bring a list of all current supplements and medications as well as brand names. Note that your doctor may recommend other testing such as allergy or hormone testing as well as traditional blood labs to aid in the research of your case.

WILL I NEED FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS?

Follow up appointments will vary depending on the complexity of the case but the average person is likely to be seen for the second appointment within 2-4 weeks with follow ups being monthly, bi-monthly or even annually.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER YOUR SERVICES?

Most insurance companies provide some sort of coverage for naturopathic care. So, you will need to look into your specific plan for details. We will provide you with a detailed invoice that has your doctor’s licensing information on it; it is your responsibility to submit the invoice to your insurance company. It is important to note that your coverage may not be enough to cover all of the appointments you will need to reach your fullest health potential.
